Special Education

Special education is designed for students with difficulties that might interfere with their educational process. It refers to a range of educational and social services provided in an environment that allows the child to be educated effectively. An Individual Education Program (IEP) is drawn up to outline special accommodations and modifications within the educational environment for the student. It facilitates academic progress and socialization, teaches life skills, and work on modifying student behavior.

Therefore, the focus of special education programs is to help the student achieve academic and life success regardless of their inherent abilities.
